Where I come from, we call that !($x % 2); (or if you prefer, the inverse of x modulo 2).

I don't think I was ever active on MTR, but I think I met Alex and Andy on Yahoo groups? (there was a road geek group). I had a fairly successful SMF based Star Trek forum at the time and showed it to Alex and said we should make one for all the road geeks, and thus this forum was born (this was in I think February of 2009). I also remember having every RandMcnally atlas from 1999-2009, I would study those things for hours.
