Freeway exit signs that refer to a road in one direction and a town in the other

I thought about this subject back in late July of this year - a few months ago - as I was driving down I-70 back home to Kansas City after a trip to Denver. As I went by Exit 316, where US 36 splits off heading east near the town of Byers, about halfway between Denver and Limon, I noticed that the exit sign read "US 36 EAST - Byers", which seems logical enough - however, it seemed to suggest that Byers is east of the interchange along US 36, whereas the town is actually west of the exit, down a short unnumbered connector road.

Closer to home, I've noticed similar signage for the MO 150 exit on the US 50 freeway east of KC, near the town of Lone Jack just east of Lee's Summit. The exit sign reads "MO 150 WEST - Lone Jack". MO 150 actually has its east end at that interchange, going south for a little bit before turning west - however, it doesn't go into Lone Jack itself, which is north of the exit.

That made me wonder: throughout the country, where else have you seen the phenomenon where the sign at a freeway interchange has both the marker for an intersecting highway and the name of a town, and where the numbered road on the sign only goes in one direction from the exit (whether it be that highway's terminus or the point where it splits off from a concurrency along the freeway), while at the same time, the town on the exit sign is in the opposite direction from the exit? I'm sure there's at least a few examples.

M-54 and M-83 both go east from this exit. M-54 goes south through Flint; M-83 goes north through Frankenmuth. Neither go to Birch Run (which admittedly is right at the intersection).

The interchange is within Birch Run's village limits. Same thing at exit 149, it says Buena Vista and Sandusky, you're already in Buena Vista at that exit.

Ah, yes, a bit of Birch Run is east of the intersection, and those routes do go through that short section. Although the southeastern portion of the intersection (where the above link takes you) is not in the village limits.

A few more in Michigan.

Westbound I-96 at exit 52 -- M-50 is to the left, Lowell is to the right.  (The eastbound exit sign shows that M-50 goes to Charlotte, not to Lowell.)

Eastbound I-94 at exit 181 -- Ypsilanti is to the left, westbound US-12 is to the right.

I-94 at exit 119 near Albion:  M-199 and Starr Commonwealth Road are to the south, 26 Mile Road is to the north.  The exit signs used to show both road names, but when replaced it apparently was decided that the former wasn't worth the sign size required.
