Someone in Oklahoma decided that hitting a bridge isn't a real thing... Until you do many at the same time

6 bridges over turnpike in one ride! 3 of those damaged bridges are closed according to the article. Driving 15'3" with 14' limit ...

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".

Again, it should be the trucking company that pays for the repairs.

With that said, how the fuck do you not realize after one, let alone SIX?!

Makes me think this might have been a road rage incident.

Bridges can be very strategic as a defensive position.  It is often easy to bottleneck an enemy of superior numbers and even odds in hand-to-hand fighting.

You'd think after the first hit, the 15'3" load would have been scalped down or knocked off, but that pipe (probably part of a wind turbine standard, knowing Oklahoma) seems pretty sturdy. Surprised the ratchet straps kept it in place the whole way. Hope the trucking company has great insurance coverage because they're screwed.

You know just like me that the second that company gets closed, another company with a different name, with the same owners at the same address will pop up.

Insurance company will say, "Did you load the truck correctly and legally? No? OK, you're on your own, see'ya."
