Oahu Construction Photos

New series where I track construction or road work on Oahu highways and roads. Mostly on state highways and major city roads, but I'll also try to cover master planned communities on the west side.

Starting in the Kapolei Interchange complex, where nothing really has changed since I last covered it four months ago. Here is Harbor Access Road (unsigned route 94), including the road stub that will be added in a later phase. HAR is about 1/4 complete, a concrete state highway from H1 to the harbor (or Hanua street?). I expect the half-interchange to open after the Farrington safety improvements project is done in May, 2026.
