*crosses fingers*

Alright who wants to be the one who contacts AASHTO this time?

If no one calls dibs I'll do it tomorrow...

Go ahead and do it... it's been three weeks since this meeting took place!

I sent them a Facebook message after emailing them last week and they said "we're working on getting that information for you". Not really holding my breath, though.

Their Facebook page is an absolute bore.  They'll talk about almost any transportation topic with regularity except roads.

Well, it worked because they sent me the list. I'll upload it in a few.

The most notable requests are probably the deletion of I-515 in NV (since I-11 has superseded it), the approval of upgrading NC 295 to I-295, and PennDOT making a whole bunch of weird and wacky requests that look really strange. They appear to have requested a US 28 that was not approved, and they requested interstate designations for PA 33 and US 22 that weren't approved either.

And US 28 in Pennsylvania, apparently.

The Goheenville thing is just a realignment of PA 28/PA 66.  Who knows what District 10 was thinking?

Someone should've skipped the three beer lunch that day.

It took until now to delete I-515 in Nevada?  Talk about another zombie designation.

New Interstate Highways in PA?

PennDOT's proposals are WEIRD. I'm not surprised they weren't approved.

I almost *am* surprised, given that I-343 in Oklahoma was approved.

And not the first time they were requested, either - weren't they rejected at the last AASHTO meeting too?  I guess they know the old saying - "if at first you really bomb, then try and try again" (bonus points to anyone who gets the reference).

Although I don't think it's too weird (not like that US 28 thing).  Looking at the descriptions and lengths, it appears to be all of PA 33, US 22 from I-78 to PA 33, and US 209 from PA 33 to I-80.

Yeah, that was a surprise.  I wonder if this means NDOT will be changing the exit numbers soon?
