Remaining Non-AET/ORT/ETC Toll Roads?

In Mexico, CAPUFE toll booths are beginning a gradual phase-out of all cash toll booths, and they already don't take plastic.  This means that, eventually, all CAPUFE toll roads will be tag-only.

As of Monday, I have personal confirmation that the only toll road that I usually use in Mexico these days still accepts cash—which pleases me to know, considering I'm planning another trip down there in about seven months.  In fact, poking around on Google, I don't see any hint that it plans to stop accepting cash at all.  I guess this is because it's not operated by CAPUFE, but rather is privately operated.  The downside of the highway's not being a CAPUFE facility is that its maintenance has been a low priority for the SCT for years, but apparently the upside is that I don't have to figure out how to get a Mexican toll tag.

Alaska's Anton Anderson tunnel (long one-lane tunnel, shared by auto/truck traffic and Alaska Railroad trains) has a toll for Whittier-bound vehicles. It accepts only cash, Visa and Mastercard, and prepaid tickets and seasonal passes.
