What in the world did you do to those time stamps?  I'm pretty sure |bandit957| wasn't even alive in 1970.
I had to manually build one of the quotes, and noticed that the date parameter is just the number of seconds after 7 PM on 31DEC1969:

So I just played around with them until they were in some sort of chronological order.

The opposite applies, and you can quote something from the future:
