Question About Historic Routes in Pictures

Carson St/Lakewood Bl;

In this picture of the intersection of Carson Street and Lakewood Boulevard (circa 1950), on the traffic signal post in the corner, the back of a US route shield and two state route shields were mounted. What were the route numbers?

Lakewood was (and is) Route 19 both north and south of that intersection.  Carson Street/Lincoln Avenue east of there was US 91 and then-Route 18, which then both continued south down 19 to the Los Alamitos traffic circle.

Years later, Carson Street/Lincoln Avenue would become unsigned State Route 214, a temporary routing that existed while the modern Artesia Freeway for Route 91 (along pre-1964 Route 14) was being finished - https://www.cahighways.org/ROUTE214.html

this was the first time I saw a picture of either Lakewood Boulevard or Carson Street with a US 91 shield.
