Identify the city in this video!

I'm trying to identify a city in Little River Band's "Playing To Win" video.

I know the city at 1:18 is Cincinnati. But there's another city seen at 1:44 and a couple other times throughout the video.

What city is this?

I know I've at least seen a picture of it before, and it's possible it's a city I've been to. But can anyone identify it?

Reverse image search gives Minneapolis, which looks correct, both from the obvious bridge curvature and the buildings to the right.

Minneapolis seems like an awesome city. Too bad I've never been there. Got the big mall and a very distinct lack of control cities, would it kill for the great people of Minneapolis not to put St. Cloud, Madison, or Duluth on a sign for once?
