Is there a list of unsigned state maintained roads in Illinois, somewhere?

According to the Wikipedia page for Illinois 1, multiple roads including West Street in Georgetown and St. Francisville Road in St. Francisville are state maintained, also on websites such as Roads of the Mid-South and West their are roads such as Illinois 8131, that are unsigned in the traditional standard, and instead signed on the milage markers. What I want to know is if their is a place or two where I can this list, or more information about the list?

I know there are plenty in Southern Illinois. Old IL 13, Old US 51, Herrin Rd, (KMDH/SIU) Airport Rd, Makanda Rd - that's just off the top of my head

I'm sure someone at the various IDOT District Offices is aware what roads they own/maintain

Old 51 changes what route number is on the state reference markers when it crosses from Union County to Jackson County

I can find their GIS jurisdiction map, but I cannot find a way to see the underlying data.

Unfortunately, I do not believe that an official map of the entire unmarked state highway system exists, and perhaps more unfortunately, if it does, it is buried deep in the labyrinths of IDOT's records.
