What is the worst experince you had with food?

or example mine was when we were moving out of my house in browns mills NJ, we moved into it in late 1994 before my great grandmother died, we moved out summer 2006. While cleaning out one of the food cabinents where we kept the canned goods i found a opened but reclosed bottle of salad dressing...it expired in 1992. it was not Bleu Cheese, it was black cheese dressing. nobody dared to open it.
