Does anyone have a plan to close the gap on this freeway?  When will this be done?  Will the Rimouski section be upgraded to 4 lanes? 
I like all of this. I like va sr 28 to be an interstate highway.

There a gap from Cacouna to Trois-Pistoles is under construction but only as a super-2.  I don't know when the Rimouski section will be 4 laned.
