Maybe it will be a good thing that this project is delayed, and by the time funding comes around IDOT will look at following the IL 154/IL 3 or IL 13 corridors to tie into St. Louis rather than using IL 127 and an I-64 that may need more six laning.

Yeah, wishful thinking.
