I really like this style of LGS, and I wish these would become standard at all freeway interchanges statewide, even (and perhaps especially) in urban and suburban areas.

I really like this style of LGS, and I wish these would become standard at all freeway interchanges statewide, even (and perhaps especially) in urban and suburban areas.

The MUTCD allows for either style, and most DOTs choose the cheaper options for obvious reasons.

It appears that the signage in the Waverly area finally got updated. BTW, does anyone know more about the missing exit numbers along the corridor? Why is there no exit 5, 88, 91, or 95? I know exits 22 and 55 were unbuilt, and exit 117 was removed at one point.
