New Broadway Bridge (Little Rock)

Proposed designs for the  new Broadway Bridge over the Arkansas River between Little Rock and North Little Rock.
The current bridge was built in 1923 and is scheduled to be replaced in 2013.

Wasn't the steel arch span built in the '60s or '70s?
