Lakeland, FL got rid of seven stoplights and left the poles with arms, and just removed the signals.

I know we've all see the occasional head that's managed to somehow shed all of its visors before anyone did anything to correct it, but how about three different signals, all on the same spanwire, completely missing their visors?

Someone totally botched the install of this near-side signal in Minneapolis:

Obviously mistakes were made in either the spec's or the installation. Bring it to the attention of the city traffic signal dept.

More Newark shenanigans; using a doghouse to combine two arrow signals, I drove past it when it was red, I wonder if it just omits the yellow phase or if the green transitions to a yellow.

The trash truck blocks half the pan, but my only takeaway is that's a lot of wasted steel in that box setup.
