Too lazy to remove the entire assembly.

Lakeland, FL got rid of seven stoplights and left the poles with arms, and just removed the signals.

I know we've all see the occasional head that's managed to somehow shed all of its visors before anyone did anything to correct it, but how about three different signals, all on the same spanwire, completely missing their visors?

Been seeing this trio on my recent-ish trips to/through Corinth, MS, on US 72, and thought to finally stop and document them.
It's all fun & games until someone summons Cthulhu and brings about the end of the world.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

Very sloppy span wire.

Very sloppy span wire.
That wire and its contents badly need to be put out of their misery.

Someone totally botched the install of this near-side signal in Minneapolis:

Obviously mistakes were made in either the spec's or the installation. Bring it to the attention of the city traffic signal dept.

Can't remember if anyone posted this or something similar but I was playing around on GSV and came across this in Boise. Interesting to say the least. Pan the camera to see everything else near this intersection.

More Newark shenanigans; using a doghouse to combine two arrow signals, I drove past it when it was red, I wonder if it just omits the yellow phase or if the green transitions to a yellow.

We're aware of this one. And hate it.

This assembly that's about to be replaced seems to have three signal heads from three different eras:

The trash truck blocks half the pan, but my only takeaway is that's a lot of wasted steel in that box setup.
