I understand that a simple dashed line means either side can pass. I also know that if there is a solid line with a dashed line adjacent, only the dashed side can pass. And we all know that double solid lines means no passing on either side of the road.
So, what does 4 solid lines mean while driving?
I got this along US 54 in Missouri, between Jefferson City & Lake Ozark

The space between the double yellow lines is a faux median
