News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

As Steve noted, it did not fall into the bay.  It is deliberately being removed piece by piece...posters on another forum have confirmed that they saw more of the bridge spans intact than I did.
