News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

I stumbled across this link at work today and skimmed it. I plan to spend more time studying it in depth. Lots of old maps and detailed descriptions of boundary changes, if you're into that sort of thing.
