News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

There's two things Austin needs before expanding 35:

A real loop (improving 183 east somewhat solves that)
A cross town freeway (as mentioned above)

Too bad the 1985 plan never happened.
