State Road 102 joins the passenger terminal of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) with Interstate 95 at River City Marketplace. The 1.61 mile long route consists of a controlled access roadway with frontage roads serving a number of hotels, car rental agencies and restaurants. Airport Center Drive stems east from the state road end to U.S. 17 and New Berlin Road. It replaced a portion of Duval Road, which connected SR 102 with U.S. 17 at Duval.
