State Route 134 links the southeastern Alabama cities of Opp, Enterprise and Daleville. The highway connects U.S. 84/331 to the west with U.S. 231 northwest of Dothan. Continuing east from U.S. 231, SR 134 travels to Headland and SR 95 near Columbia.
