Volusia County Road 4101 runs north across the east side of DeLand from Orange City. 7.92 miles in length, CR 4101 follows Kentucky Avenue north from CR 4145 (Graves Avenue) to SR 472. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Beltway extends the county road north from SR 472 to the DeLand city line south of SR 44. Kepler Road continues CR 4101 north from there to U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard).

The CR 4101 alignment along Kentucky Avenue north from Graves Avenue to Old Cassadaga Road was formerly a part of Florida State Road 430A. SR 430A originated in Orange City from U.S. 17/92 (Volusia Avenue) along Graves Avenue. The state road looped northeast to Cassadaga and Lake Helen via Cassadaga Road and Macy Avenue, both of which are now a part of CR 4139. Kepler Road north of SR 44 was the northern extent of SR 430A, which overlapped with SR 44 around Lake Winnemissett.

County Road 4101 North
The first confirming marker for CR 4101 stands along Kentucky Avenue just north of CR 4145 (Graves Avenue) in Orange City. 09/12/22
SR 472 is not acknowledged from CR 4101 (Kentucky Avenue) north. The state road leads southeast into Deltona at Interstate 4 and northwest to U.S. 17/92 ahead of the DeLand city line. 09/12/22

The previous signalized intersection with Orange Camp Road was converted to a roundabout, which opened to traffic on April 11, 2022.1 09/12/22
Construction of the roundabout joining CR 4101 and CR 4116 was part of an $11 million project widening Orange Camp Road east to Interstate 4. Road work commenced by July 2019.2 09/12/22
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Beltway advances north from Orange Camp Road, maintaining access control by the Victoria Trails development. 09/12/22
A wide right of way along CR 4101 was reserved for future four lane expansion. 09/12/22
Taylor Road extends 2.53 miles east from the intersection joining SR 15A with U.S. 17/92 (Woodland Boulevard) to CR 4101 at Victoria Gardens Drive east to the gated Victoria Gardens development. 09/12/22

Volusia County Road 4101 (Kepler Road) passes between Lake Hammock and Lake Charles to the north of SR 44 through unincorporated residential areas outside DeLand. 12/30/06

CR 4101 concludes at the intersection with U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) in northeast DeLand. This junction also represents the historic north end of SR 430A. 12/30/06
U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) heads west by DeLand Municipal Airport (DED) to combine with U.S. 17 (Woodland Boulevard) south into Downtown DeLand. The divided highway continues northeast through Tiger Bay State Wildlife Management Area and State Forest to the city of Daytona Beach. 12/30/06
County Road 4101 South
CR 4101 (Kepler Road) southbound meets Minnesota Avenue (unsigned CR 4096). Minnesota Avenue heads west between South Lake Talmadge and Blue Lake to Blue Lake Avenue and Amelia Avenue in central DeLand. 08/28/08
Kepler Road continues south to the signalized intersection with SR 44 (New York Avenue). SR 44 travels east to Interstate 4 and New Smyrna Beach and west to Downtown DeLand. 08/28/08
CR 4101 (Kepler Road) advances south from SR 44 (New York Avenue) to become Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Beltway at Beresford Avenue in east DeLand. 04/29/08
