There are two sections of County Road 419 posted in Florida. The northern branch loops 11.21 miles northwest from SR 50 (Colonial Drive) at Bithlo in Orange County to Chuluota in Seminole County and the intersection of SR 419, SR 426 (Broadway Street) and SR 434 (Central Avenue) in Downtown Oviedo. The 3.742 mile section in Orange County is unmarked.
A rural highway in northeast Osceola County, the southern branch of County Road 419 follows Deer Park Road 13.111 miles north from U.S. 192 (Bronson Highway) to County Road 532 (Nova Road).
