The 3.965-mile route parallels SR 451 and SR 429 (Western Beltway) south to Lake Apopka near Magnolia Park.

CR 437A (Ocoee Apopka Road) navigates through an S-curve around the site of the former half diamond interchange with the Western Beltway. Vacant land along the west side here is now home to Apopka Hospital. 01/17/10
