The three mile stretch of John Young Parkway south from the Orange County line to U.S. 17-92-192 at Vine Street is designated as County Road 525. Lined with an array of apartment complexes and retail, the parkway through Osceola County is similar to the arterial north through Hunter's Creek. Bermuda Avenue (U.S. 17 & 92 south of Vine Street) was renamed as an extension of John Young Parkway south through to Kissimmee city line at Shingle Creek. North from Osceola County, the parkway changes designations to County Road 423.
