There are two branches of Osceola County Road 534 assigned in the St. Cloud area. A 12.08 mile long loop encircles Alligator Lake west from U.S. 192/441 near Harmony to the northern leg of CR 534 along E 10th Street in the city of St. Cloud. CR 534 lines 10th Street for 3.96 miles between U.S. 192/441 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) and CR 15 (Narcoosee Road), and also the eastern 0.49 miles of Neptune Road, from CR 525 (Old Canoe Creek Road) to U.S. 192/441 at Browns Chapel Road.
CR 534 is not acknowledged along U.S. 192/441 (13th Street) where it intersects Old Hickory Tree Road in St. Cloud. Old Hickory Road follows a stair stepped route south along Old Hickory Tree Road to Hickory Treet Road, with Nolte Road built over the half mile section from Mercedes Avenue east to Clark Road. The remainder of CR 534 lines Hickory Tree Road. Hickory Tree Road curves east beyond the Saint Cloud Manor Village community along a rural route crossing C-33 Canal and then north between Black Lake and Alligator Lake and east again around Pearl Lake to U.S. 192/441.
