Signed as Charlotte County Road 762, Tuckers Grade is a four lane connector linking U.S. 41 at Tropical Gulf Acres with Interstate 75 at Exit 158. The county road concludes just east of I-75 at the Fred C. Babcock / Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area.
