Florida State Road 312 connects SR 207 and U.S. 1 southwest of St. Augustine with SR A1A and CR A1A to St. Augustine Beach. The 3.83 mile long route constitutes a four lane arterial with a high level crossing spanning the Matanzas River. The eastbound span onto Anastasia Island dates back to 1976; the westbound bridge was built in 1999.
