Leaving Orlando International Airport (MCO), Jeff Fuqua Boulevard enters a turbine interchange with SR 528 (Beachline Expressway). Ramps to the toll road were previously assigned Exit 1 A and Exit 1 B, although none of Semoran Boulevard is a freeway to the north. 05/30/19
Interests to Sanford and the University of Central Florida (UCF) are directed onto the Beachline Expressway east to SR 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay). SR 528 extends east from MCO Airport to Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. 05/30/19
Construction underway from August 2020 to July 2022 converted the exchange at SR 436 into a systems interchange. Work was completed eight months ahead of schedule.1 SR 528 links the Orlando area with the Kennedy Space Center, Titusville and Cocoa. 05/30/19
Ramps connect SR 528 west with Florida's Turnpike in six miles. The westbound Beachline Expressway provides a direct route to the International Drive resort area and I-4 for Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, and other area attractions. The new flyover for SR 528 west opened to traffic on April 26, 2021.2 05/30/19
Overheads reference SR 436 as the best route to Downtown Orlando, however a direct limited access route to the Orlando central business district is unavailable. Had it been built, the Central Orlando Connector would have provided a more direct route along SR 527 (Orange Avenue) north from SR 528. That toll road was cancelled due to objection from the city of Edgewood. 05/30/19
T.G. Lee Boulevard west and N Frontage Road east come together at Semoran Boulevard just north of SR 528. T.G. Lee Boulevard spurs into the Lee Vista retail and hotel complex by Lake Michelle. N Frontage Road curves southwest to become McCoy Road alongside the Beachline Expressway. 10/01/22

Hazeltine National Boulevard intersects SR 436 east from Shadowbridge Drive and Semoran Commerce Center. The arterial continues east to Goldenrod Road through the Lee Vista Promenade retail area to industrial parks and distribution centers at Lee Vista East. 10/01/22
Lee Vista Boulevard meets Semoran Boulevard at the succeeding traffic light north. Lee Vista Boulevard was constructed in the mid 2000s as an extension of Judge Road east from Conway Road to SR 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay). 05/30/19
Bent Pine Drive meanders eastward from SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) to Patch Road north / Corporate Centre Boulevard south, serving a cluster of condominiums and apartment complexes north of Lee Vista Boulevard. 05/30/19
One third of a mile north of Bent Pine Drive is SR 15 (Hoffner Avenue). Hoffner Avenue comprises an east-west arterial, carrying SR 15 between Conway Road (CR 506) and SR 551 (Goldenrod Road), where the state road transitions into Narcoossee Road. 05/30/19
The six lane boulevard continues north from SR 15 (Hoffner Avenue) by the Conway Acres subdivision. 03/31/18
Entering the intersection with Turnbull Drive on SR 436 north. Turnbull Drive is a short residential street southwest through Conway Acres to SR 15 (Hoffner Avenue) and east into the Countryside subdivision. 03/31/18
Connecting Conway Acres with Michael McCoy Elementary, a pedestrian bridge spans SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) ahead of Abercorn Drive. 03/31/18
State Road 436 northbound at Gatlin Avenue, a through road linking Semoran Boulevard with Barber Park and SR 15 (Conway Road) at Conway Gardens Road. 03/31/18
A short distance north of Gatlin Avenue is the signal with Pershing Avenue. Pershing Avenue stems east from Dixie Belle Drive and Barber Park to SR 551 (Goldenrod Road) outside the Orlando city limits. 03/31/18
Lake Margaret Drive ventures west from SR 436 near Lake Fredrica to the Brywn Mawr neighborhood in Orlando and through Conway to Fern Creek Avenue. 03/31/18
Michigan Street travels west from SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) around Lake Porter in Orlando and areas of Conway. Michigan Street reenters Orlando ahead of SoDo and ramps with Interstate 4. 03/31/18
Grant Street parallels Michigan Street west to the Dover Estates neighborhood. East from Semoran Boulevard, Grand Street expands into a four lane boulevard along several apartment complexes to Raper Dairy Road. 03/31/18
SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) north approaches SR 552 (Curry Ford Road), an east-west arterial route between SR 15 (Conway Road) and SR 551 (Goldenrod Road). 03/31/18
Curry Ford Road constitutes a busy arterial through Conway and east Orlando, connecting the city with suburban areas east of SR 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) including Andover Lakes and Cypress Springs. SR 552 is poorly marked along the state-maintained portion. 06/04/19
Curry Ford Road overall travels between Fern Creek Road, near Lake Lancaster in Orlando, and Alafaya Trail near the Eastwood and Waterford Lakes communities in unincorporated Orange County. A SR 408 trailblazer directs motorists to remain on SR 436 another mile north to the East-West Expressway. 06/04/19
Continuing north along SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) beyond SR 552 (Curry Ford Road). 06/04/19
A pair of signalized intersections line SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) between Curry Ford Road and the East-West Expressway. The first is located at LaCosta Drive, an east-west residential street. Following is Stonewall Jackson Road east to a pair of apartment communities. 06/04/19
SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) approaches the intersection with Lake Underhill Road and the East-West Expressway. Lake Underhill Road comprises a south side frontage road for SR 408 west to Lake Underhill and east to SR 551 (Goldenrod Road). 06/04/19
Drivers bound for SR 408 eastbound to University Park and the suburban communities of Cypress Springs and Waterford Lake are directed onto Lake Underhill Road east to an entrance ramp at Yucatan Drive. 06/04/19
A loop ramp joins SR 408 (East-West Expressway) west directly from SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) northbound. 06/04/19
SR 408 continues westward from Semoran Boulevard to Downtown Orlando and Ocoee. The toll road expands to as many as 12 lanes to Lake Underhill and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). 06/04/19

Kalmia Drive heads west from the ensuing signal northbound along SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) to west Azalea Park and the Lake Barton Village neighborhood in Orlando. 09/07/16
Dahlia Drive, a residential through street, spurs east from SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) into the Azalea Park community. 09/07/16
Oleander Drive connects Semoran Boulevard with Tucker Avenue at Colonial High School. Lake Barton lies just west of SR 436 along this stretch. 09/07/16
Semoran Boulevard northbound next meets SR 50 (East Colonial Drive) at a single point urban interchange (SPUI). Colonial Drive constitutes a major east-west arterial throughout metro Orlando. Carrying between four and six lanes, the state road funnels traffic from Downtown Orlando west toward Ocoee and east to Union Park. As Orlando grew, traffic overwhelmed Colonial Drive, leading to construction of the East-West Expressway from 1972 onward. 09/07/16
Crews began work in January 2008 on the two year, $66 Million project to replace the SR 50/436 at-grade intersection with a SPUI. Construction included elevating SR 50 onto a six lane bridge and adding Texas style U-turn ramps for Colonial Drive. 09/07/16
State Road 50 (Colonial Drive) represents a cross peninsular route, connecting Orlando with Titusville and the Space Coast to the east, and Clermont, Groveland, Brooksville and the Nature Coast. 09/07/16, 06/04/19
Old Cheney Highway crosses paths with SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) north of SR 50 (Colonial Drive). Historically, Colonial Drive replaced Cheney Highway as the main east-west road between Orlando and Christmas. 02/08/08
Meeting SR 436 at the Winter Park city line are Baldwin Park Street west and Auver Boulevard east. Auver Boulevard spurs into a nearby apartment complex. Baldwin Street links Semoran Boulevard with Lake Baldwin Lane and the Baldwin Park master planned community in Orlando. Baldwin Park was built on the grounds of the former Naval Training Center (NTC) Orlando that closed in 1999. 02/08/08
Hanging Moss Road stems east from SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) to industrial areas at Forsyth Road. The proposed Richard Crotty Parkway will overtake part of the road east as it connects Semoran Boulevard with SR 551 (Goldenrod Road) and Dean Road. 02/08/08
Banchory Road serves the Winter Park Pines subdivision west from this signal on SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard). 02/08/08
SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) intersects the west end of University Boulevard at Scarlet Road. University Boulevard constitutes a busy commercialized arterial through the Aloma and Goldenrod vicinity en route to SR 434 (Alafaya Trail) and the University of Central Florida (UCF) campus. 02/08/08
An arch bridge carries Cady Way Trail above SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) north of University Boulevard. Cady Way Trail is a rails-to-trail facility from east Orlando (Bennett Road near SR 50) to Cross Seminole Trail at the county line near Goldenrod. 02/08/08
Continuing through Aloma, SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) nears SR 426 (Aloma Avenue). SR 426 comprises a four lane arterial west into Downtown Winter Park and east to Goldenrod and Jamestown in Seminole County. 02/08/08
SR 426 travels 14.5 miles overall between SR 424 (Edgewater Drive) north of Orlando, and SR 419 & 434 (Central Avenue) in Oviedo. 02/08/08
Aloma Avenue leads 0.6 miles west into the city of Winter Park. SR 426 east east meets the north end of SR 551 at Goldenrod Road in 1.2 miles. 02/08/08
SR 426 east connects with the Seminole Expressway (SR 417) at Bertha before turning north to Jamestown, Slavia and Oviedo. CR 426 continues the route northeast from Oviedo to Geneva (SR 46) in rural east Seminole County. 02/08/08
