Florida 519 runs 4.604 miles north along Fiske Boulevard from Viera through Rockledge in Brevard County. The state road extends north from Stadium Parkway through a parclo B4 interchange with I-95 at County Road 502 (Barnes Boulevard). Fiske Boulevard enters the city of Cocoa just ahead of the north end of Florida 519 at Florida 520 (King Street).

Historically Fiske Boulevard south from Florida 520 (King Street) was numbered as Florida 503.
