SR 580 ventures west from Exit 4 to the northern Pinellas County cities of Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, Clearwater and Dunedin. Hillsborough Avenue west skirts the northern reaches of Old Tampa Bay, crossing waters of Safety Harbor. SR 580 continues along Hillsborough Avenue east to Dale Mabry Highway at Drew Park.
