Following 150th Avenue and Madeira Beach Causeway, State Road 666 totals 1.39 miles between SR 699 (Gulf Boulevard) and U.S. 19 Alternate. The four-lane boulevard spans the Intracoastal Waterway across a draw bridge and ends at a three-wye interchange with Seminole Boulevard on the Seminole city line at Bay Pines. Historically the route was an east-west branch of State Road 699.
