FM 64 begins at Ladonia in southeast Fannin County and leads east as the main route into Delta County. Totaling 18.31 miles, FM 64 takes a stair stepped route southeast from Pecan Gap to connect farming communities with the county seat of Cooper. The highway concludes at SH 24 Business in Cooper.

FM 64 East

FM 64 branches northwest from SH 24 Business (Dallas Avenue) west of Downtown Cooper and quickly intersects the SH 24 bypass of the city. September 2005

3rd Street leads FM 64 northwest to Main Street at the city center of Pecan. With a population of around 2000, Pecan Gap is the second largest community in Delta County. September 2005
