SR 121/144/169 overlap 6.71 miles northeast to Five Points in Tatnall County. SR 144 branches east by Padgett Bay 4.22 miles to SR 23/57 (Barnard Street) in the city of Glennville. SR 23/57/144 advance 0.58 miles east to U.S. 25/301-SR 73 (Veterans Boulevard) in Downtown.
Leaving Glennville, SR 141 runs 18.78 miles east through Fort Stewart to SR 119. SR 144 dog legs south alongside SR 119 for 0.78 miles before resuming eastward through Fort Stewart 19.89 miles to Interstate 95 at Richmond Hill.
