A 5.5 mile long route following U.S. 41 north from Southwell Boulevard (Exit 59) to Exit 64, Business Loop I-75 is unmarked. U.S. 41/SR 7 carry the route northward by Henry Tift Meyers Airport (TMA) and Unionville onto Main Street to Downtown Tifton. North from U.S. 82/319 (7th Street), U.S. 41/SR 7 kink northeast along Love Avenue to SR 125, where they turn west onto 12th Street. Business Loop I-75 ended at the diamond interchange with U.S. 41/SR 7 near the University of Georgia-Tifton Campus.
