U.S. 11 (Lee Highway) travels south through Cloverdale to Hollins and Roanoke. Exit 150B provides a direct ramp to U.S. 11 (Lee Highway) north to Troutville. Interstate 81 north

SSR 640 leads northwest from U.S. 11 (Lee Highway) and Interstate 81 (Exit 156) to U.S. 220 (Roanoke Road) south of Fincastle. Photo taken 07/24/04.
A short distance east of Exit 156, Interstate 81 enters the Cheseapeake Bay Watershed. All water from this point northeast flows toward the coastal bay. A southbound side rest area otherwise hugs the adjacent hillside. Photo taken 07/16/05.
