Pocahontas Parkway (Virginia 895) is an 8.8 mile long toll road extending east from Virginia 150 (Chippenham Parkway) to Richmond International Airport (RIC) and Interstate 295. Photo taken 06/01/12.

Exit 67A parts ways with I-95 north for Virginia 895 east. Proposed as an Interstate highway between 1981 and 1986, and again between 1988 and 1982, Pocahontas Parkway was eventually constructed under the Virginia Public-Private Transportation Act. A three quarter cloverleaf interchange (Exit 84) joins Interstates 95 and 295 in one half mile. Together with SR 288 and SR 895 (Pochahontas Parkway), I-295 forms a beltway encircling Richmond. Exit 84A departs I-95 north for Interstate 295 south to Mechanicsville and I-64 near Richmond International Airport (RIC). Although the northernmost 25 miles of I-295 travel east and west, the route is signed with north/south cardinal direction banners. Photo taken 06/01/12.
