Interstate 95 follows a linear course southward between the Plantation Bay and Halifax Plantation golf course communities through unincorporated north Volusia County. 11/06/19

The LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) complex encompasses 4,500 acres of land between I-95, U.S. 92 and CR 4019 (LPGA Boulevard). Developed in the mid 1990s, the LPGA development is home to the LPGA headquarters, two golf courses and several housing tracts.1 11/06/19
Costing $10 million to build, the exchange with I-95 at Exit 265 opened to traffic in February 1996.2 11/06/19

Tomoka Farms Road runs along the west side of I-95 south from Dunn Avenue to U.S. 92 (International Speedway Boulevard) adjacent to upcoming Exit 260 C. Tomoka Farms Road becomes CR 415 south from U.S. 92 en route to Deltona and Sanford. 09/12/22
Heading northeast from I-95, U.S. 92 expands to an eight lane arterial beside Daytona International Speedway. The famed NASCAR track lies just north of Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) and west of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 09/12/22
Started in Spring 2015, the $205 million Interstate 95 Widening & Systems Interchange Design Build project added the c/d roadway system along both sides of the freeway. This improvement moved the ingress and egress movements to both International Speedway Boulevard (U.S. 92) and I-4/SR 400 off the I-95 mainline.3 09/12/22

SR 400 is the state road counterpart to all of I-4, extending west with the freeway from South Daytona to Tampa. Interstate 4 is a heavily traveled corridor, serving both tourist traffic to the theme parks in Orlando, but also commuter traffic from the array of cities and suburbs lining the route. 09/12/22
The cloverleaf interchange with SR 400 and the east end of I-4 was redesigned into a wider footprint, and the loop ramp from SR 400 west to I-95 south replaced with a left side directional ramp. 09/12/22
SR 400 follows Beville Road 4.20 miles east from the exchange at I-4/95 to U.S. 1 (Ridgewood Avenue) between Daytona Beach and South Daytona. 09/12/22
Progressing south from I-4 and SR 400, I-95 straddles the Daytona Beach city line two miles before crossing into Port Orange ahead of Exit 256 with SR 421 (Dunlawton Avenue). 09/12/22
Originating just west of parallel CR 4009 (Williamson Boulevard), SR 421 constitutes an arterial route 4.001 miles east to U.S. 1 (Ridgewood Avenue) at SR A1A. 09/12/22

Entering the diamond interchange (Exit 256) with SR 421 (Dunlawton Avenue) east through Port Orange and CR 421 (Taylor Road) west to CR 415 at Tomoka Farms. 11/06/19
CR 4009 (Williamson Boulevard) runs along the west side of I-95 by the exchange with SR 421. The arterial serves a bevy of suburban and commercial development nearby. 11/06/19
The city of Daytona Beach Shores lies five miles to the east along SR A1A (Atlantic Avenue) north of Dunlawton Avenue. Atlantic Avenue (CR 4075) extends five miles south from SR A1A to Wilbur by the Sea and the town of Ponce Inlet. 11/06/19
State Road 421 constitutes a heavily traveled commercial arterial and commuter route within the vicinity of Exit 256. FDOT recorded 52,500 vehicles per day (vpd) along the stretch at I-95 in 2018. 11/06/19
Williamson Boulevard weaves between several subdivisions south alongside Interstate 95 from CR 421 (Taylor Road) to CR 4118 (Pioneer Trail). 09/12/22

A $15.8 million extension of the Williamson Boulevard south from the Ashton Lakes development in Port Orange to Pioneer Trail (CR 4118) opened to traffic on December 27, 2016. The roadway will service Woodhaven, a 762 acre development adjacent to I-95 planned for 1,300 homes, 400 apartment units.4 09/12/22
Started in August 2018, a PD&E Study by FDOT for a proposed interchange at I-95 and Pioneer Trail (CR 4118) was approved in January 2021. Letting for construction is anticipated for June 13, 2023. 09/12/22
Bending southeast beyond the Pioneer Trail overpass, I-95 runs along the New Smyrna Beach city line to Exit 249 with SR 44. 09/12/22
Six lane expansion of Interstate 95 south 10.5 miles from near I-4 to SR 44 was completed in Fall 2017. The design-build project added lanes toward the median. Additional work redesigned the southbound ramp to SR 44 westbound, so that it meets the state road nearly perpendicular.3 09/12/22
Traveling west from Exit 249, SR 44 follows a mostly rural course 15 miles to Interstate 4 near the Volusia County Fair Grounds and the DeLand city line. 09/12/22
Exit 249 A loops onto SR 44 east toward Downtown New Smyrna Beach. There SR 44 partitions with a business route while the mainline leads directly to the SR A1A bridge across the Indian River to the Atlantic beaches. 09/12/22

SR 442 connects I-95 with the city of Edgewater in four miles. Miami lies another 248 miles the south. 09/12/22
SR 442 (Indian River Boulevard) runs 3.78 miles east from a rural diamond interchange (Exit 244) with I-95 to U.S. 1 (Ridgewood Avenue) in central Edgewater. 09/12/22
SR 442 (Indian River Boulevard) east to U.S. 1 leads south to the city of Oak Hill. 09/12/22
A 12.3 mile long exit less stretch opens between SR 442 and CR 5A at Scottsmoor. I-95 passes between Farmton Wildlife Management Area and Trunbull Hammock Conservation Area on the ensuing drive. 09/12/22
The 30 mile section of Interstate 95 from a point north of SR 44 to south of SR 406 at Titusville was widened to six overall lanes during a $129.7 million project finished in Summer 2016.5 09/12/22
