

Interstate 180 is an urban spur linking I-80/U.S. 77 with Downtown Lincoln and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). The 3.4 mile route runs concurrent with U.S. 34 southward to the couplet of 9th and 10th Streets along the west side of UNL. The freeway also serves the Belmont community in addition to commuter interests north of I-80 along U.S. 34 (Purple Heart Highway).
