Interstate 270 constitutes a full beltway encircling the Ohio capital city of Columbus. 54.97 miles in length, the commuter route is designated the Jack Nicklaus Freeway, named after the famous golfer and Columbus native. I-270 passes through portions of Grove City, Obetz and Grove City south of I-70 and through Hilliard, Dublin, Worthington, Westerville and Gahanna along the northern arc.

Roberts Road meets I-270 in west Columbus at Exit 10. The exchange was converted to a diverging diamond interchange by 2014.
