New York State Route 266 parallels the Niagara River from the Lower West Side neighborhood in Buffalo north to the city of Tonawanda in Erie County. The 11.15 mile long route begins along Niagara Street north at Virginia Street and the directional ramps (NY 951L) with Interstate 190 at Exit 8.
