Measuring 57.95 miles in length, State Route 193 originates in the city of Youngstown along the West River Crossing, an expressway connecting I-680 with U.S. 422 (Madison Avenue Freeway) northwest of Downtown. SR 193 shifts onto Wirt Boulevard northward to Churchill in Trumbull County where it meets Interstate 80. Paralleling the freeway along SR 11, SR 193 runs north to Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport along a rural course into Ashtabula County. The north end connects with U.S. 20 and SR 531 in the village of North Kingsville by Lake Erie.
