U.S. 10 West Trunk Highway 441 South
The lone set of shields for U.S. 10/Wis 441 west appear after U.S. 10 joins the freeway. 03/02/16
A dumbbell interchange (Exit 290) follows from U.S. 10/Wis 441 west for Wis 47 (Appleton Road). Wis 47 ends 2.3 miles to the south at Wis 114 (3rd Street) in Menasha. 03/02/16
Having paralleled most of the Appleton Beltway to the south, County AP (Midway Road) finally meets STH-441 directly at Exit 289 B. 03/02/16
The diamond interchange (Exit 289 B) joins U.S. 10/Wis 441 with County AP just east of County P. This exit handled extra traffic during the closure of Exit 289 A due to the WIS 441 Tri-County Project. 03/02/16

U.S. 10 West
U.S. 10 advances west from Interstate 41 across Winnebago County. A diamond interchange (Exit 286) follows with County CB, an arterial that parallels I-41, similar to what County EB does in Green Bay. 03/02/16
An interchange sequence sign outlines the distance to Wis 76 and U.S. 45 south beyond the suburbs of Appleton. Exit 287 to CTH-CB was renumbered Exit 286 in 2018. 03/02/16
County AB leads north from Exit 286 to Appleton International Airport (ATW) and south to County JJ outside Neenah. 10/03/18
The speed limit increases to 65 MPH as U.S. 10 leaves the WIS 441 Tri-County Project construction zone. This stretch is a candidate for a 70 MPH increase in the future. 03/02/16
American Drive parallels the north side of the U.S. 10 by a number of apartments and subdivisions while Friendship Trail, a multi-use path, and Jacobsen Road run to the south by the Prairie Lake Condominium complex. 03/02/16
Exit 284 is a diamond interchange linking U.S. 10 with Wis 76. Wis 76 is the former alignment of U.S. 45 between Oshkosh and Greenville. North of Greenville, Wis 76 follows its original route through Shiocton. 03/02/16
Between 1998-2003, the U.S. 10 freeway ended at Exit 284 and traveled north with then U.S. 45. The freeway extension west opened in 2003 when U.S. 45 was also rerouted. 03/02/16
The Waupaca County seat of Waupaca represents the next destination city for U.S. 10 west in 32 miles. The expressway reaches Stevens Point in less than an hour. 03/02/16
Passing over Pioneer Road on U.S. 10 west along a 6.4 mile exit less stretch. 03/02/16
U.S. 45 between U.S. 10 and Oshkosh was rerouted along former Wis 110 and upgraded to a freeway. 03/02/16
Exit 276 departs from the left for U.S. 45 southeast to Winneconne, Lake Butte des Morts and I-41 in Oshkosh. 03/02/16

U.S. 10 West
West of U.S. 45, the U.S. 10 freeway was constructed along a new terrain route to Fremont and the Partridge Lake area. 03/02/16
Waupaca is 21 miles away, followed by Stevens Point in 50 miles. 03/02/16
U.S. 10 shifts northwest to cross the Waupaca County line at the Marsh Road underpass. 03/02/16
One mile ahead of Fremont and the diamond interchange (Exit 267) with Wis 96, Wis 110 and County II on U.S. 10. All three routes end at Exit 267. Wis 110 continued south along County II until 2003, when it was replaced by U.S. 45. Wis 96 was extended west from Appleton to Exit 267 that same year. 03/02/16
Exit 267 departs U.S. 10 west to serve local traffic interests into the village of Fremont. STH-110 forms a business loop for U.S. 10 to the subsequent exit. 03/02/16
Spanning the Wolf River along U.S. 10 westbound. The river runs from northern Wisconsin to Lake Winnebago. The endangered Lake Sturgeon make a spawning run on this River in the spring. 03/02/16
Weyauwega is the next city along U.S. 10 west. Stevens Point is 47 miles to the northwest. 03/02/16
Wis 110 was not rerouted onto the new freeway when U.S. 10 was rerouted in 2000. The state trunk highway converges with the freeway opposite STH-49 in one half mile. 03/02/16
Entering the diamond interchange (Exit 264) with Wis 110 east and Wis 49 south. Wis 49 travels south to Berlin and Waupun. 03/02/16
