U.S. 19 intersects the west end of County Road 578 (County Line Road) at the Hernando County line. CR 578 straddles the Pasco / Hernando County line 10.82 miles east to U.S. 41 at Masaryktown. 02/15/14

Frontage roads appear periodically along the drive north through the Spring Hill area along U.S. 19 (Commercial Way). The service roads tie in a number of strip malls and shopping centers to the six lane arterial. 02/15/14
Applegate Drive spurs east from U.S. 19 (Commercial Way) at Nature Coast Commons shopping center to Hunter's Lake Park in Spring Hill. 02/15/14

County Road 595 consists of a 5.84 mile loop west to Indian Bay and the coastal community of Aripeka. The route began in Pasco County. 02/15/14
Spring Hill Drive doubles as CR 574 for the 12.46 mile drive to U.S. 41 near Masaryktown. The county road joins Spring Hill with the Suncoast Parkway (SR 589) at one of two interchanges along the toll road. 02/15/14
Spring Hill Drive (County Road 574) extends east from the end of County Road 595 (Osowaw Boulevard) and U.S. 19 as the main arterial route through the community of Spring Hill. CR 595 west to CR 597 leads motorists north to Hernando Beach. 02/15/14
Turning more eastward, U.S. 19 lines the east side of Weekiwachee Preserve beyond County Road 595 (Osowaw Boulevard). 02/15/14

Northcliffe Boulevard doubles as unsigned County Road 587 east from U.S. 19 to Mariner Boulevard, the north-south mainline of CR 587. Like Forest Oaks Boulevard, the four lane parkway comprises an primary east-west route for Spring Hill. 02/15/14
U.S. 19 (Commercial Way) immediately enters the city limits of Weeki Wachee to the north of Northcliffe Boulevard. The city surrounds Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, a 538-acre facility showcasing Weeki Wachee Springs with a mermaid show, river boat cruise, and submerged theater. 02/15/14
Within the city of Weeki Wachee, U.S. 19 meets the west end of SR 50 (Cortez Boulevard), a cross-peninsular route east to Orlando to Titusville. 02/15/14
Cortez Boulevard extends west from U.S. 19 (Commercial Way) and SR 50 as CR 550. CR 550 spurs 6.53 miles from Weeki Wachee to Bayport at the mouth of the Weekiwachee River. 02/15/14
Construction widened SR 50 from four to six lanes from Weeki Wachee east to the Suncoast Parkway outside Brooksville. The $39 million project kicked off in October 2012 and concluded in October 2015.1 02/15/14
More retail fronts U.S. 19 (Commercial Way) as the arterial leaves SR 50. Homosassa Springs lies 20 miles ahead. 03/26/18
U.S. 19 reduces from six to four lanes as it leaves the city of Weeki Wachee. The highway becomes vastly more rural over the next 12 miles, including preserved stretches alongside Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area. These undeveloped areas may be home to Florida Black Bears. 02/15/14

U.S. 19 passes by the rural Royal Highlands community and enters Citrus County at Little Chassahowitzka. 02/15/14
U.S. 19 remains vastly rural through southern Citrus County, passing by the Sugarmill Woods community to U.S. 98. 02/15/14
A traffic light joins U.S. 19 north with U.S. 98 (Ponce De Leon Boulevard) leading back south toward the Suncoast Parkway and Brooksville in Hernando County. 02/15/14
County Road 480 (Miss Maggie Drive) spurs 1.78 miles west from U.S. 19 and 98 to the community of Chassahowitzka and the Chassahowitzka River Campground. 02/15/14
U.S. 98 angles southeast 4.2 miles to the current north end of SR 589. The route northbound combines with U.S. 19 for 128 miles from Sugarwood Mills to Perry. 02/15/14
