CTH-B ventures west from parallel CTH-J near Sensiba State Wildlife Area off Green Bay to Tremble and Flintville within Suamico. The trunk highway joins U.S. 41 & 141 with Wis 32 in the village of Pulaski. Photo taken 05/30/11.
Velp Avenue (CTH-HS) branches southwest from CTH-B as the former alignment of U.S. 41 & 141 through Suamico as the pair advance across the Suamico River. Deerfield Lane parallels both sides of the freeway as a frontage road system. Photo taken 05/30/11.
A dumbbell interchange (Exit 173) joins U.S. 41 & 141 south with Brown County M (Lineville Road) in one mile. Lineville Road straddles the Howard village line east to County J and EB and west to suburban areas at Velp Avenue (County HS). Photo taken 05/30/11.
The establishment of Interstate 41 in 2015 coincided with upgrades to U.S. 41 south through Brown County. Work between June 2013 and May 2015 upgraded Exit 173 to increase capacity, raise the bridge clearance of County M, incorporate roundabouts and expand Lineville Road to four lanes at I-41.
