U.S. 202 north

The Weldin Road extension west from Foulk Road remains a permanent feature of the Blue Ball area road work. Weldin Road leads east to Shipley Road and north Wilmington, doubling as a second connection to SR 261 (Foulk Road) north and SR 141 south. Photo taken 12/22/12.
Powder Mill Road (former SR 141) east and Murphy Road west tie into the subsequent northbound traffic light along U.S. 202 (Concord Pike). Powder Mill Road serves the former AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals campus to the west while connecting with SR 141 south to Greenville. As the north and southbound roadways of U.S. 202 (Concord Pike) separate through the community of Talleyville, several businesses line the median between Mt. Lebanon and Silverside Roads. Concord Mall is a regional shopping center situated along the east side of U.S. 202 between Talleyville and Naamans Road (SR 92). The mall opened in 1965 and is the second largest in the state. Photo taken 06/15/12.

West SR 92 takes Beaver Valley Road onto adjacent Thompson Bridge Road southwest along a rustic drive into Brandywine Creek State Park. The state route concludes an 8.8-mile route at SR 100 near Montchanin. Naamans Road east comprises a busy arterial route to U.S. 13 (Philadelphia Pike) near Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania.
