This assembly for State Road 582 (Fowler Avenue) precedes the intersection with Williams Road. A traffic signal was added to the busy intersection when U.S. 301 was widened. Fowler Avenue is generally a heavily traveled corridor lined with numerous commercial centers between I-75 and its end at U.S. 41 Business (Florida Avenue). Drivers are advised to use SR 582 west to reach I-75. Photo taken 06/28/16.

Due to the severe angle that U.S. 301 bisects Fowler Avenue, a separate intersection connects the U.S. highway with the eastern branch.
