State Route 13 extends 24.08 miles along a loop south of U.S. 60 between Cumberland and Plain View, located within Cumberland and Powhatan Counties. SR 13 follows Old Buckingham Road along its entire length, connecting Tobaccoville with Ballsville, Macon and Powhatan.
