Junction of US 278 and 371 east of Rosston.  This is a unique situation, because US 278 and 371 are multiplexed here for a couple of miles, split, and rejoin in Nashville, approximately 50 miles to the northwest.  Also, prior to the mid 1990's, US 278 was AR 4 and US 371 was AR 19.

Another one for the "oops" file.  The AR 371 sign should be a US shield.  Probably a leftover from old AR 371 (now AR 13) in the McRae and Judsonia areas.
